Enrichment Fridays

On Fridays, Caterpillar and I take some time to explore and get creative with our homeschooling. We take what we have learned through the week, and spend sometime lapbooking, studying art and music history. Crafts and other projects, as well as field trips are other great ways we enjoying spending the day!

During our first two weeks of school this year, we have been studying Creation, the beginning of history. Today we completed our first lapbook/history pocket, an overview of history and ancient civilizations.

What is History? What does the word ancient really mean?

What is a civilization? What are basic needs?

These are just a few of the things we explored in our study of Ancient Civilizations!
