I was able to rest some last night, only waking every two to three hours. The patch is such a cooling comfort for the shingles. It enabled me to get somewhat comfortable and sleep. Each time I wake I remember Matthew 11:27-30. God is my rock. I find rest in Him! He is my comforter, refuge and strength!
We have begun a new project outdoors. During the spring and summer months, we love to grill and eat outside. The Lord blessed us last summer by being able to purchase some patio furniture. Since, we have desired to create an area with pavers to place the table and chairs. However, pavers can be quite expensive! Grasshopper found an individual selling the exact style we were looking for at an excellent price! WOOHOO! We will need to purchase about 20 to finish the project. That is much better than the 100 we needed. Here are a few pictures of Grasshopper and Caterpillar hard at work!
We are looking forward to completing the project and enjoying the fruits of our labor. It will be nice to grill and eat outside, sharing fellowship in Christ with family and friends!
