No matter how old I may be, my Daddy said 'his little girl' would always be me.
Well, it is hard to believe I am now 'forty-three',
And in my heart my Daddy will always be!
Even though my Daddy may not be here with me,
I still celebrate my birthdays with him in my heart.
I thank Jesus everyday for the wonderful Daddy I had growing up,
and delight in the hope and faith I have
of being with him again one day.
