Caterpillar and I spent some time yesterday afternoon at the park. I knew we needed a break; but afterwards, it was like a breath of fresh air. We both felt refreshed and renewed. The vibrant colors of fall, the crispness in the air, and the pleasantries of some much needed laughter; all seemed to make time stand still, even if only for just a moment. It is in moments like this I cherish the precious days of childhood. They are so innocent and full of life; oh if I could only capture it in a bottle. I am reminded of the newness we have each morning in Christ Jesus. I am forever thankful for my gift of grace through Him.
