In Memory, D-Day: 65th Anniversary

Here is a picture of my father in his early twenties. He served in our great United States Army for over twenty years! He was one of the survivors of the D-Day invasion. He received a very special French medal, the Croix de Guerre, for actually risking his life and saving a French General during battle. He also received a Purple Heart as well as many other medals. My father was always willing to do whatever he could to help others. He would give the shirt off his back. He had a heart of gold! Thank you Daddy for all that you did in your life! I miss you and I love you!
